Juice FM and Grosvenor Developments Terms and conditions for ‘Get a Life’ promotion:

Prize of a studio apartment at One Park West, Liverpool ONE

·Prize is rent only paid for one studio apartment One Park West, Liverpool ONE, Liverpool

·Prize is for 12 months only

·Full prize period must be redeemed before end of April 2013

·All applicants must be; over 21, and in full time employment

·Building insurance is included as part of the prize

·Winner must be in a position to cover their own consumption of electricity, contents insurance, TV licence, council tax etc

·The apartment will be fully furnished including carpets, beds, curtains, fridge, cooker etc. Full inventory will be done with winner

·The house cannot be sub-let by winner

·The winner must allow landlord inspection after 6 months unless landlord has reason to feel more regular checks are necessary

·The winner must not alter interior without prior permission

·The winner must advise Grosvenor before erecting any fixing to walls

·The apartment will be inspected prior to handover back to Grosvenor and any significant damage must be paid for by the winner

·The winner must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner expected of a tenant, not cause nuisance to other tenants/residents and should be respectful of neighbours/visitors at all times

·The winner is responsible for the behaviour of visitors to the property

·If the terms and conditions are broken, Grosvenor reserve the right to evict the winner before end of 12 month period

·No pets allowed

·No smoking allowed

·Winner must be available for publicity during the tenancy period with notice

·In the interests of protecting One Park West property, a guarantor may be sought.

·No employees of Grosvenor Developments or UTV Media may enter this competition
