Drop a dress Size! VIDEO!

Adam and Leanne have challenged each other to drop a dress size in January!

Adam's a size 16 dress due to his "massive shoulders" (a quote from Leanne) and Leanne's a size .... she hasn't actually told us!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They want your tips on to help them shed a few pounds. Leanne's been drinking hot water with slices of Lemon in as she claims 'it breaks down your fat'. Adam has begun the housework to lose some extra weight! Get your safe and healty tips in!
