The Town Centre Campus has been transformed with a £60 million new build. It offers world class facilities and technologies, as well as being ECO friendly.
The Town Centre Campus also includes the Smithkline Beecham Building and the Clock Tower Building, both of which were donated to the College by the Smithkilne Beecham Company. The Clock Tower Building is a listed building, which was built in1877 and is a landmark in the town.
The Technology Centre is one of the finest facilities of its kind in the country, enabling us to offer a variety of construction, engineering and animal care programmes of the highest standards.
The Beacon and Bobbies Lane house the College’s sports provision and are both new, purpose built environments.
The Beacon building is situated close to our Town Centre Campus, and has been purpose built to house the College’s sports hall. Bobbies Lane is our outdoor sports venue where we have full size rugby and football pitches.
Our libraries provide you with a variety of support throughout your time at College. You can work on assignments and projects, read or use the computers.
The College’s bistros provides a range of hot meals, snacks, drinks and confectionery at competitive prices. These are realistic working environments run by the College's catering staff and students. Colours, a fine dining, silver service restaurant, is open for both lunch and dinner.
The College offers hairdressing and beauty therapy treatments, as well as a spa area with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi! The spa also has a floatation tank and monsoon shower, for the ultimate relaxation experience.
As a student you can join the college’s brand new leisure and fitness facility, The Gym. The Gym contains state of the art machines enabling you to connect your own iPod, download your details and sync to apps such as Nike Plus. We also have a range of free weights and classes on offer, such as Zumba and Boot Camp. All students can access these facilities at a discounted rate.
