Join Adam & Leanne from Juice FM Breakfast at Stanley Park on Saturday 8th September from 11 am until 3pm for a free, fun, family day out!
Bring your own picnic and there are loads of great things planned for you to do...
There will an inflatable assault course and bungee run, healthy eating cooking demonstrations, plant-a-pansy and lots of advice and support about work experience, training & apprenticeships, health, money advice and lots more.
Everton FC will be there showing you how to do some skills, Housing Maintenance Solutions will be doing a "try-a-trade” where you can have a go at plumbing, tiling and bricklaying, Basetech will be brining a car for you to try out at being a mechanic and Sports Alive will be there to do a mini Olympics and some of the sports from a good old-fashioned sports day like the 3-legged race, egg and spoon race and a sack race! They’ll also be doing an Ultimate Frisbee tournament – one not to be missed!
Some local community groups will be showing off their skills on the main stage, dancing, singing and even some acrobatics! If you or someone you know is aged under 25, then you can find out more information on joining our youth group – where you’ll be able to do some filming with LMH TV (we’ll train you up on how to film and edit), help us put together our My Young LMH newsletter, and so much more.... We’ll reward you with cinema tickets and weekends away!
